This is our lighter, friendlier take on the classic burnt cheesecake—still rich, still creamy, and proudly burnt on top. Made with high-protein Greek yogurt and sweetened with maltitol instead of refined sugar, it delivers all the indulgence you expect with a gentler sweetness and slight tang.
We bake it hot and fast to get that beautifully caramelised surface with an inside that stays soft, smooth, and melt-in-the-middle. There’s a subtle acidity from the yogurt that keeps things balanced, so every bite feels satisfying without being too heavy.
It’s the kind of cheesecake that doesn’t try too hard—perfect for everyday cravings, sharing with friends, or sneaking a slice just for yourself. Enjoy it chilled or slightly warmed, depending on your mood.
No pork, no lard, no alcohol. Contains maltitol. To avoid digestive discomfort, enjoy no more than 1/5 of the cake a day. Keep refrigerated and best consumed within 3 days from date on label. Alternatively, it can be sliced and stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Defrost overnight or for several hours in the refrigerator before serving. Best eaten chilled.
