FAQ

What are your cakes made of? Where can I find information about the ingredients used if I have special dietary needs?

The ingredients used for our cakes are listed on the product pages. We have dairy, sugar and gluten free options and even vegan ones available on our menu. If you have specific needs or questions please do reach out to us using the links in the "How can I get in touch with you" section at the bottom of this page.

How long do your cakes keep for?

All our bakes are made fresh to order, and we do not use any preservatives. Therefore we recommend eating them as soon as possible while they are at their freshest! But if you do need to store them for another day, they will keep for 2 days at room temperature.

If you aren't finishing them in that time, we recommend storing in the fridge for a week or freezing for up to a month.

Please note that storing the sugar free bakes in the fridge may cause the erythritol in them to crystallise, which will give the cakes a slightly gritty texture. You can allow the cakes to return to room temperature or warm them up briefly in the oven before serving.

I've scheduled a pick-up or delivery but I can't make it. Can I get it rescheduled?

As our bakes are made fresh to order daily, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your pick-up or delivery. We will try our best to allocate a new date and time for you, but this would depend on availability for that day.

I'm concerned about COVID-19, what precautions have you taken for it?

All our staff are fully vaccinated and have received booster shots according to Ministry of Health guidelines. To avoid contamination, orders are sealed in plastic bags before they are handed to our delivery partners.

We also have cutlery and disinfectant wipes available for your convenience, please do request it in the order notes if you need them.
