Golden, sweet, and luscious pineapple jam, gently cooked to a perfect balance of tangy and fruity notes, is nestled within a delicate, nutty almond frangipane, its aroma enhanced by the richness of butter. This velvety topping gently envelops the jam, creating a fragrant blend of flavors.

Beneath it all lies a crisp, crumbly browned butter crust, infused with toasty undertones that add depth to every bite. As you sink your teeth into this indulgent creation, the interplay of textures unfolds—the soft, moist almond layer melting into the fruity jam, while the golden crust provides the perfect crisp contrast. For 2026, we’re excited to introduce a new flavour featuring a touch of parmesan cheese. The subtle salty umami of the parmesan beautifully balances the sweetness and tang of the pineapple jam, creating a harmonious contrast that enhances the tart’s depth of flavour. Shiok lah!
