Ingredients: Butter, brown sugar, caster sugar, eggs, horlicks, high-protein flour, pecans, vanilla bean paste, low-sodium salt.

Small, approx 7" x 7" / 18 cm x 18 cm, 1.0 kg, serves 8-12. 

A rich, buttery blondie infused with the comforting malted milk flavour of Horlicks and studded with toasted pecans. Crisp around the edges, soft and fudgy in the centre, with deep caramel notes and a lingering nutty finish.

For the best tasting experience we recommend enjoying them cold from the fridge if you like them chewy, or heat them in the microwave if you like them warm and fudgy. And if you love crispy edges, slice them into bars and toast them for a couple of minutes, then let them cool slightly for the edges to firm up for maximum pleasure.
