Fragrant coconut and delicate almond flour form the heart of this elegant gluten and dairy-free cake. Made with fresh coconut cream instead of butter or oil, the cake is wonderfully light and moist, with an exceptionally tender crumb and a lingering coconut aroma.

For a touch of indulgence, we've layered the cake with dark chocolate and crowned it with a glossy dark chocolate ganache. A scattering of coconut flakes adds texture and fragrance, bringing together the classic pairing of coconut and chocolate in every bite.
