This cheesecake that has taken the world by storm doesn't really need much of an introduction. Just a few ingredients come together to make this luxurious and creamy cake a delight to enjoy.

The secret to this all-time favourite lies in the quality of our ingredients and the baking process. The journey begins with cage-free fresh eggs from Oita Prefecture, Japan, and to that we add fresh cream cheese and double cream in a blend where both ingredients enhance each other that is neither too cheesy nor heavy. Next, sweetened with sugar and a kiss of sustainably-farmed vanilla beans from Indonesia, each cake is carefully baked and meticulously torched to achieve a deep tan top with a velvety, almost molten melt-in-your-mouth centre.

The result is our original burnt cheesecake, where every slice offers a perfect duet of smooth creamy indulgence and delightful caramelised notes, ensuring that every mouthful delivers a luxurious and memorable experience.
