Back in early 2023, McDonalds launched a seasonal version of their apple pie with custard, which inspired us in the creation of this Apple Cheese Swirl—a divine fusion of flavors and textures.

Creamy swirls of cream cheese, lightly spiced caramelized apple chunks, create a tantalising blend of tanginess and sweetness inside an apple almond sponge. Crowned with a satisfying biscoff topping, each bite offers a delightful crunch to complement the moist crumb below.
